Marshall resident Jackson Schwartz spoke for the 20 people initially signed up to speak against Flock camera usage by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department at the June 9 County Commissioners meeting.
Public comments are normally 3 minutes long, but the commissioners extended the single comment representing so many people to 7 minutes.
